To the human eye, this is just a small part. To a precision scales, there is a big difference in quality.

There are gearwheels available which look identical and weigh only 7.8533 g less. You can’t tell how much downtime they might cause just by looking at them.

At first glance, everything could be so easy. However, our precision scales are incorruptible when judging quality. They find parts which are less high-quality immediately. Although these parts are small, they can have a major effect if they fail, turning what seemed to be a cheap price into an expensive downtime.

You can save on everything. But not on quality.

We could experiment, and concentrate less on the details. If we’re lucky, everything will work fine. However, a gamble doesn’t always pay off. Only long-term thinking is economically efficient thinking. So we try to avoid errors before they occur by using not the second-best components, but only the best ones.

The sum of all details is the difference that we call quality.

Because we only accept the best components, it would be inconsistent to place less value on everything else. For this reason, we think ahead during the design phase and are more careful during installation. And we provide assistance over a long lifetime. In other words: Expect more.
